Attracting 30.5 Billion Won in Investment
Gyeongsangnam-do and Haman County signed an investment agreement worth 30.5 billion won with foreign-invested company Daehan Paka Rising Co., Ltd. in the main conference room of the provincial government building.
The signing ceremony, held on February 23, was attended by Gyeongsangnam-do Governor Park Wansu, Haman County Mayor Cho Geunje, Executive Director Han Yungyu of Daehan Paka Rising Co., Ltd., as well as officials from 8 cities and counties and 18 companies.
Gyeongnam-do, Haman-gun and Daehan Pakaraising Co., Ltd. sign agreement to attract investment worth KRW 30.5 billion.
Under this investment agreement, Daehan Paka Rising Co., Ltd. plans to complete the construction of manufacturing facilities in the Haman General Industrial Complex by 2028 and newly hire more than 10 employees.
Founded in 1982, Daehan Paka Rising Co., Ltd. is based on a Japanese parent company and has its headquarters in Seoul. Leveraging its core technological capabilities and competitiveness in eco-friendly products, the company has decided to establish a new production plant to expand its market share and achieve continuous sales growth.
Executive Director Han Yungyu said, "Our company manufactures metal surface treatment agents, and we plan to establish a subcontract processing plant in the Haman General Industrial Complex. With this investment as a stepping stone, we ask for your strong support and interest so that our company can take another leap forward."
In response, Mayor Cho Geunje said, "We hope that Daehan Paka Rising Co., Ltd. will grow into an excellent company representing the region. We will spare no administrative and financial support so that the company can settle stably and continue to develop."
