"Exco Integrity Guardians" Begin Full-Scale Activities... "Practicing Integrity in Everyday Work"

Exco (EXCO) held the "2026 First Year of Advancing Ethics and Human Rights Management" declaration ceremony on the afternoon of the 24th, with the participation of the management, the labor union, and the auditor.

This declaration ceremony was organized as Exco designated 2026 as the year to realign the foundation of its ethical management and to announce, both internally and externally, its commitment to integrity in practice. Key stakeholders attended the event, including the president of Exco, the non-standing auditor, the head of the labor union branch, and major representatives such as the "Exco Integrity Guardians" selected from each department.

On this day, Exco established a roadmap for its future integrity activities based on the results of the company-wide survey titled "Clean EXCO 5+5!" conducted with all employees. In particular, the survey recorded a high response rate of 80%, serving as an opportunity to confirm the strong internal interest in improving the organizational culture.

The "Exco Integrity Guardians," who are now beginning full-scale activities, consist of working-level experts from each department. They will play the role of an "integrity antenna" within the organization by identifying corruption risk factors at actual worksites and collecting improvement tasks, thereby helping to firmly embed a sound ethical mindset across the organization.

Starting from this declaration ceremony, Exco plans to hold the first Integrity Guardians meeting in March and to further strengthen the practice of integrity in everyday work.
