AX support for small and mid-sized businesses
Channel Corporation, which operates the artificial intelligence (AI) business messenger "Channel Talk," said on the 24th that it will run the "AI Agent Alpeu Promotion" through next month to support small and medium-sized businesses and mid-sized clients in adopting AI customer support.
This promotion is designed to help companies that are struggling to adopt AI for simple and repetitive customer support work explore AI utilization strategies tailored to their own needs by allowing them to (1) review successful cases of similar companies and (2) receive 1:1 consulting from CX experts. Channel Corporation plans to offer Alpeu vouchers worth 300,000 won to selected companies that review the AI adoption checklist and apply for consulting.

In particular, Channel Corporation adopted the concept of an "AI agent" as an "AI operative" to make it feel more familiar, and produced resume-style merchandise consisting of items such as an Alpeu Agent Report, a Special Passport, an Alpeu Career Description, and souvenirs. The merchandise will be shipped sequentially from this month to approximately 1,000 Channel Talk client companies.
