BigHit Music announced on February 20 that reservations for the comeback stage of BTS, which will be held next month at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul, will begin on the 23rd.

On the same day, BTS released detailed information about "BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE: ARIRANG" through the fan platform Weverse. Offline concert ticket reservations will open for free at 8 p.m. on the 23rd via NOL Ticket. The reservation fee will be borne by the purchaser, and the number of tickets is limited to one per person.

The total audience capacity will be organized at around 15,000 seats. The main targets for reservation are the standing area on the right side of the stage and the reserved seats stretching to the front of the statue of Admiral Yi Sun-shin.

The 2,000 standing spots around the protruding stage will be allocated to people selected by lottery from among those who pre-ordered the 5th full-length album "Arirang." In some zones of the reserved seating, the view may be partially obstructed by safety structures; however, the organizers plan to support viewing by installing large LED screens.

The concert will take place around Gwanghwamun Square from 8 p.m. for about one hour on March 21. BTS is planning a symbolic route in which they start inside Gyeongbokgung Palace, pass through Gwanghwamun Gate and the Wolde, and then take the stage on the north side of the square.

The police estimate that around 230,000 people will gather near Daehanmun Gate of Deoksugung Palace for this concert, and that the crowd could reach up to 260,000 people if the area extending to the vicinity of Sungnyemun Gate is included. The Seoul Metropolitan Government and the police plan to fully mobilize for safety management by controlling traffic in the Gwanghwamun area on the day of the event and considering non-stop passage of trains at nearby subway stations depending on congestion levels.

Fans who cannot come to the site will be able to watch the concert live through Netflix.

BTS's 5th full-length album "Arirang" will be released at 1 p.m. on March 20, one day before the concert. Containing a total of 14 tracks, this album takes the representative Korean folk song as its title and expresses the group's roots and the members' sense of Korean sentiment through music.
