[Breaking] KOSDAQ Surge Triggers 'Buy Sidecar'

As the KOSDAQ index surged on the 19th, a temporary suspension of program buy orders (sidecar) was triggered. The sidecar system is designed to prevent sharp rises or falls in the futures market from affecting the cash market. A KOSDAQ buy sidecar is activated when the KOSDAQ 150 futures rise by 6% or more from the reference price and the KOSDAQ 150 index rises by 3% or more, with both conditions sustained for one minute.
