AI Semiconductor Prowess and Brand Presence in Silicon Valley
The Americas Headquarters (DSA), Samsung Electronics' core hub for the Device Solutions (DS) Division in the Americas, is launching marketing activities tied to the United States' largest sporting event, the 60th Super Bowl.
Since the 6th (local time), Samsung Electronics has been projecting large-scale video projections onto the exterior walls of the upper floors (9th-10th floors) of the DSA building, delivering core messages such as "AI Starts Here" and "Samsung Semiconductor: Shaping the Flow of AI" to showcase its brand presence and semiconductor technological prowess.

In particular, Samsung visualized its leadership in artificial intelligence (AI) technology by combining a variety of footage and key messages, including scenes of autonomous vehicles, robots, a tailored fab, and football games powered by Samsung semiconductors. The video prominently features the skyline and logo of San Jose in Silicon Valley, where the DSA headquarters is located, along with one of its official slogans, "Capital of AI," to highlight its strong partnership with the local government and its collaborative innovation efforts within Silicon Valley.
The 60th Super Bowl, which will be held on the 8th at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, is drawing global attention to Silicon Valley. Local media outlets project that this Super Bowl event will generate the largest economic ripple effect in the Bay Area in the past decade. It is reported that hotels in San Francisco, located within an hour of the stadium, have already been fully booked for several months.
The DSA building is located approximately 3 km from Levi's Stadium, the venue of the Super Bowl, and is expected to achieve significant brand exposure to at least 130,000 people, including the 70,000 spectators in the stadium. Through this campaign, Samsung aims to firmly imprint the AI capabilities of its semiconductors in Silicon Valley, the global home of tech, and further strengthen its brand recognition among local companies.
Meanwhile, the DSA building, whose design was inspired by the stacked structure of NAND flash and was completed in 2015, has attracted significant attention for its design and symbolism, to the point that it is often cited locally as one of Silicon Valley's landmarks.
