Lotte Department Store announced on the 8th that it will launch a large-scale promotion targeting foreign customers to celebrate the Lunar New Year, the biggest holiday in China.

First, from the 13th until March 3, it will hold an event offering thank-you gifts from the National Museum of Korea's "MU:Z," which has been drawing attention as a representative K-goods brand. At the Lotte Department Store main branch, Jamsil branch, and Busan main branch, foreign customers who make purchases totaling at least 300,000 won in a single day will receive, on a first-come, first-served basis at each store, a "Smile of Silla sauce bowl set," which modernly reinterprets traditional Korean aesthetics.

Experience-based beauty content has also been strengthened. Foreign customers who follow the official account on Xiaohongshu, a leading Chinese social networking service (SNS), and participate in a mini-game event will receive a voucher for makeup services at "Jung Saem Mool Inspiration," located in AvenueL at the Lotte Department Store main branch. In consideration of growing interest in K-fashion, a popup store for the K-fashion brand "Setter," which is expanding its global influence mainly in Asian markets such as China, Taiwan, and Japan, will be operated at the K-fashion specialty zone "Kinetic Ground" on the 9th floor of the main branch until the 26th.

At all Lotte Department Store and Lotte Outlet locations, customers who pay with Alipay from the 11th until March 9 will receive an instant discount of up to 15%. From the 9th until March 3, customers who spend at least 800 yuan using WeChat Pay will also receive instant discount benefits. In addition, at all Lotte Department Store locations, from the 13th to the 22nd, customers who purchase fashion and beauty products worth at least 500,000 won will be given Lotte gift certificates equivalent to 8% of the purchase amount.
