The meeting was held in a relaxed atmosphere at a local cafe, departing from the usual formal conference room setting. The aim was to ease the tension of new employees who have just entered public service and to enhance their understanding of municipal administration through informal conversations.

On the day, Mayor Lee Haksoo of Jeongeup and the new employees enjoyed brunch together and shared their impressions of their work and sincere thoughts about organizational life. In particular, the employees freely discussed questions they had long wanted to ask the mayor and made suggestions for the development of the city administration, creating a time of communication that transcended generations and ranks.

Mayor Lee Haksoo of Jeongeup said, "It was a very meaningful time as I was able to directly hear the unvarnished and honest voices of the new employees," adding, "We will continue to create communication opportunities that are not bound by formality, so as to broaden understanding and empathy among members of the organization."

Jeongeup City plans to actively reflect the various opinions gathered through this meeting in its future organizational management and employee support policies. In addition, the city will continue its efforts to foster a communication-centered, horizontal organizational culture so that new employees can settle in stably as members of the organization.
