Automatic Interest Rate Reduction Requests with Bank Salad Registration
Service Available from the 23rd
Bank Salad, a company specializing in MyData services, announced on February 2 that it will begin accepting registrations for the "Interest Rate Reduction Request" program, which allows users to lower their interest rates as much as possible, starting from February 4.
The Interest Rate Reduction Request is a system that allows loan customers to request a lower interest rate from financial institutions such as banks if their credit rating or credit score improves due to factors such as increased income or loan repayment.
Previously, the Financial Services Commission announced at the end of last year that it would implement an agency service for the Interest Rate Reduction Request using MyData starting in the first quarter of this year. This was due to the low usage rate of the Interest Rate Reduction Request system. Until now, customers had to apply directly to financial institutions, which led to many people either being unaware of the system or missing the appropriate time to apply.
To address these inconveniences, Bank Salad is introducing an automated Interest Rate Reduction Request service that fully automates the process with a single consent registration, helping users minimize their interest payments.
If a user agrees to use the Interest Rate Reduction Request within the Bank Salad application, an agent will request a rate reduction from the financial institution on the customer's behalf and notify them of the result. If the request is accepted, the customer will be able to borrow at the reduced interest rate.
Furthermore, the AI agent will continue to analyze the customer's loan data to identify the optimal timing for a rate reduction and automatically submit requests, helping to continuously reduce the customer's interest burden.
In particular, Bank Salad automatically applies a credit score improvement feature before executing the Interest Rate Reduction Request. By first increasing the customer's credit score and then submitting the request, the likelihood of securing a lower interest rate is increased.
The Bank Salad credit score improvement service utilizes not only financial MyData but also public MyData to conduct a detailed analysis of the customer's credit data, maximizing their credit score and enabling them to lower their loan interest rates under the most favorable conditions.
