Icheon City Recruiting Participants for Career-Break Women Employment Support Program Until March 6

Korean Traditional Play, Digital Tutor, and Play Sports Instructor Recruitment

The Icheon Women's New Employment Center in Icheon City, Gyeonggi Province, is recruiting participants for the "Career-Break Women Employment Support Program" until March 6, 2026. The program aims to support local women in achieving economic independence and expanding their participation in society.

This initiative is designed to discover women with teaching and employment or entrepreneurship capabilities, and to support their continued economic activity through assistance with teaching placements, entrepreneurship support, and cooperative establishment.

Applicants can grow as instructors through education programs to strengthen their expertise and mock lecture sessions. They will also be provided with support for paid teaching positions and opportunities to participate in educational projects targeting vulnerable groups.

This year, recruitment will take place in three areas: ▲Korean Traditional Play Instructor ▲Digital Tutor ▲Play Sports Instructor. Eligible applicants are women residing in Icheon who wish to find employment or start a business in these fields.

Participants will receive support in business strategy, branding, and commercialization consulting through cooperative establishment and entrepreneurship assistance. Up to 3 million won in startup funding will also be provided for those who launch a business.

Those interested can apply in person at the Icheon Women's New Employment Center or submit an online application via the QR code on the poster. Club applicants must submit the club application form, resume, and self-introduction letter, among other required documents.
