On February 1 (local time), at the South Course (par 72, 7,765 yards) of Torrey Pines in San Diego, California, during the fourth round of the PGA Tour Farmers Insurance Open (total prize money: $9.6 million), he carded a 3-under-par 69, with four birdies and one bogey.
With a final total of 16-under-par 272, Siwoo Kim tied for second place alongside Pearson Coodie (USA) and others. Following a tie for 11th at the season-opening Sony Open and a tie for 6th at the American Express, he has now demonstrated consistent performance in three consecutive tournaments.

Siwoo Kim started the day tied for third, eight shots behind the leader. He made birdies on the 2nd and 5th holes (both par 4s), then recorded pars on the next seven holes. He added another birdie on the 13th hole (par 5) with a long drive, but missed a short par putt on the 17th (par 4) and had to settle for a bogey. On the final 18th hole (par 5), he reached the green in two and made a two-putt birdie.
Justin Rose (England) shot a 2-under-par 70 to secure a commanding seven-shot victory at 23-under-par 265. He led the leaderboard from start to finish for a wire-to-wire win. This marks his 13th career PGA Tour victory and his first since the FedEx St. Jude Championship in August of last year, ending a six-month drought. It is also his second win at this event since 2019, and at 45, he became the oldest champion in tournament history. The winner's prize is $1,728,000 (approximately 2.5 billion won).
Ryo Hisatsune (Japan) also performed well, tying for second place. Brooks Koepka (USA), who left LIV Golf and returned to the PGA Tour at this event, finished tied for 56th at 4-under-par 284.
Among Korean players, Kim Sung-hyun finished 63rd at 2-under-par 286, while Kim Joo-hyung tied for 65th at even-par 288. Lee Seung-taek, who debuted on the PGA Tour this year, struggled with a 10-over-par 154 over two days and missed the cut.
