The legal team representing Min Heejin, former CEO of ADOR, has claimed that Park Jungkyu, Chairman of Dabo Link, and the families of NewJeans members colluded in an attempt to orchestrate what they called a "Min Heejin theme stock" scheme.

At a press conference held in Jongno-gu, Seoul, on the 28th, Seonwoong Kim, attorney at the law firm Jiam, released audio recordings of conversations between Chairman Park and the members' families.

Attorney Kim asserted, "If former CEO Min leaves HYBE, Chairman Bang Si-hyuk of HYBE would be forced to sell ADOR," adding, "We have confirmed circumstances in which Chairman Park and the members' families discussed leveraging Chairman Bang's vulnerabilities to negotiate with him." According to Attorney Kim, Chairman Park and the members' families had been preparing this scheme for two to three months.

After hearing related rumors from acquaintances, former CEO Min strongly protested to Mr. Lee, the eldest uncle of one of the members. In the disclosed KakaoTalk messages, Min said, "Uncle, I was deeply shocked after receiving several tip-off calls. What have you been plotting behind my back? How could you do this to me?" demanding an explanation.

In response, Mr. Lee replied, "I was the one who initially suggested leaving ADOR, and I discussed leaving with the NewJeans kids, but CEO Min refused, so the matter ended there. Even if something were to happen, I would oppose it-even if tens of trillions of won were offered, I would not do it."

Mr. Lee was actually nominated as an internal director candidate at Dabo Link, but after former CEO Min denied any connection, his nomination was withdrawn.

They also released a recording of a meeting held on September 28, 2024, between HYBE CEO Lee Jaesang and former CEO Min. During the meeting, CEO Lee asked, "Have you heard of or met with Terascience or Dabo Link? Do not meet with them." To this, former CEO Min responded, "I have no interest in investments or anything like that. HYBE is trying to destroy me-why would I meet them?"

Min's legal team called on investigative authorities to thoroughly uncover how market-disrupting forces have packaged falsehoods as facts.
