The education & culture sector will focus on strengthening infrastructure and content. In March this year, the existing Sonamu Hill No.1 Small Library, previously limited by space, will be relocated and expanded into the four-story "Pungnap Library." The online education platform "Seoul Learn" will be upgraded into a comprehensive solution featuring AI-based competency enhancement and career consulting from professionals.

The health & welfare sector will prioritize improving the childcare environment and supporting vulnerable groups. The "Physical Fitness Certification Center" within Songpa District Health Center will officially begin operations, while the "Seoul-style Kids Cafe" in Ogeum-dong and the "Toy Library" in Pungnap-dong will newly open. Welfare accessibility will be increased by expanding eligibility for single-parent family childcare support and introducing mobile transportation cards for seniors.

The safety & environment sector reflects social changes such as the rise in single-person households. For the first time in the country, the district will introduce "0.6-liter food waste volume-based bags" tailored for single-person households to facilitate waste disposal. Emergency support measures will be provided for victims of rental fraud, and a system will be established to process road occupancy permits online in a single step.

The administration & taxation sector will deliver more tangible benefits. This year, the living wage will be raised to 12,121 won per hour, and unemployed youth will receive support for language and certification exam fees. The district will implement a "Civil Defense Training Self-Reservation System," allowing participants to freely choose their training schedules, and the hometown donation tax credit rate will be increased.

Seo Kangseok, Mayor of Songpa District, stated, "Under the vision of Songpa as a premium city that serves its residents as the true owners, we have continuously strived to implement creative and innovative district administration. This year as well, we will continue to enhance Songpa's brand value across all sectors and pursue a resident-centered administration that truly serves our community."
