Dietre La Mer I in Incheon Yeongjong International City to Hold First-Come, First-Served Building and Unit Selection on the 24th Dietre La Mer I in Incheon Yeongjong International City. Provided by Daebang Construction

Daebang Construction is holding a first-come, first-served building and unit selection event for the remaining units of "Dietre La Mer I in Incheon Yeongjong International City" following the completion of the official contract process.

According to sales representatives, the event will take place at the model house on Saturday, January 24. Entry will begin at 10:00 a.m. and close at 11:30 a.m. Upon entering the model house, visitors will receive a numbered ticket, and after entry closes at 11:30 a.m., a random drawing will be held for the tickets. Participants will then select their preferred building and unit in the order determined by the draw. Contracts will be signed immediately upon unit selection, and participants must bring a deposit of 1 million won and a valid ID.

This complex is temporarily offering a first contract deposit of 1 million won and a total deposit of 5%, reducing the initial financial burden for buyers. Another advantage is that buyers can benefit from development gains until the scheduled move-in date in October 2029 without any additional financial obligations. Resale of units will be permitted from January 2029, allowing for transactions before move-in, which is drawing the attention of investors. As a high-end residential complex set to become a landmark in Yeongjong, premium interior options are also being offered free of charge for a limited time.

"Dietre La Mer I" will consist of two basement levels and up to 49 floors above ground, with a total of 1,009 units. The complex primarily features medium to large units with exclusive areas of 84, 104, and 113 square meters. Some units are designed to offer ocean views, and all units feature floor plans optimized for comfortable residential living.

The complex is located within a two-minute drive of the recently opened Third Link Bridge access point. The Third Link Bridge directly connects Yeongjong International City and Cheongna International City, and since its opening, travel time between Yeongjong and Cheongna has been reduced. As a result, perceptions of accessibility to residential complexes throughout Yeongjong are changing. Residents of Yeongjong and Cheongna are exempt from tolls, and in the future, all Incheon citizens will also be eligible for toll exemptions.

In terms of living infrastructure, the complex is conveniently located near the central commercial district of Jungsan-dong. Nearby amenities include supermarkets, hospitals, restaurants, cafes, and other essential facilities, as well as major educational academies in Yeongjong. Elementary, middle, and high schools are also within walking distance, providing a favorable environment for students.

The complex will provide approximately 1.9 parking spaces per unit and is planned to include a variety of premium community facilities, such as an indoor swimming pool, golf practice area, and sauna. Some units will offer ocean views, and to maximize views and natural light, floor-to-ceiling windows and glass railings will be installed not only in the living rooms but also in some balconies and alpha rooms (for Type A units). Additionally, the "Dietre" brand's signature wide living room design and generous service areas have been incorporated, and the 2.35-meter ceiling height further enhances the sense of space within each unit.

The model house for "Dietre La Mer I," constructed by Daebang Construction, is currently operating in the Cheongna-dong area of Seo-gu, Incheon.
