Pyeongtaek City Opens 15th "Dahamtogether Care Center" at Seokjeong Hwaseong Park Dream

After-School and Vacation Care Services for Elementary Students

Pyeongtaek City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 22nd that it had opened the 15th "Dahamtogether Care Center" on the 21st at the resident convenience facility within the Pyeongtaek Seokjeong Hwaseong Park Dream complex, located at 683 Jangdang-dong.

The "Dahamtogether Care Center" is a social welfare facility that offers a variety of programs and care services for elementary school students who require supervision after school and during school vacations.


This 15th center is the first Dahamtogether Care Center established in the Jungang-dong area. The center is staffed by one professional care center director and two care teachers. During the school term, it operates from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and during school vacations, it operates from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.


Since 2020, the city has continuously expanded the Dahamtogether Care Centers in various areas, including Songtan, Dongsak, Godeok, Bijeon 1-dong, and Cheongbuk-eup.


Kim Daehwan, Director of Welfare at Pyeongtaek City, stated, "We will continue to expand the Dahamtogether Care Centers to make Pyeongtaek a better city for raising children."
