At approximately 5:38 a.m. on January 21, a man in his 20s, identified as Mr. A, was found in cardiac arrest in the parking lot of a factory located in Sanmak Industrial Complex, Sanmak-dong, Yangsan, Gyeongsangnam-do. Police have launched an investigation.
According to police and fire authorities, Mr. A was found curled up with severe injuries to his head and face, and showed no signs of consciousness, breathing, or pulse.
He was rushed to the hospital by fire authorities but was ultimately pronounced dead.
The police believe that Mr. A fell from a 5-meter-high retaining wall nearby and are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident by analyzing closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage and collecting witness statements.
