S-OIL has generously donated 1.5 billion won to the Hope 2026 Sharing Campaign fund.
On January 22, at Ulsan City Hall, S-OIL delivered the Hope 2026 Sharing Campaign donation to the Ulsan Community Chest of Korea, with Ulsan Mayor Kim Doo-gyeom, S-OIL Chief Operating Officer Park Bongsoo, and Ulsan Community Chest of Korea Chairman Jeon Youngdo in attendance.
The donation delivered on this day will be used for a variety of social contribution programs in Ulsan through the Ulsan Community Chest of Korea, including scholarship programs for local youth, winter fuel cost support for energy-poor households, and customized support projects for vulnerable groups.
Park Bongsoo, Chief Operating Officer of S-OIL, stated, "As a company that has grown together with the Ulsan region, we are honored to put sharing into practice in a way that provides real help to the local community," adding, "We will continue to promote social contribution activities that meet the needs of the community."
The S-OIL Ulsan plant has been steadily carrying out various social contribution activities, such as scholarship programs, support for energy-vulnerable groups, and region-specific welfare projects, fulfilling its commitment to coexist with the local community.
