Recently, Woongjin Freed Life entered the wedding business by joining forces with private equity fund manager Keystone Private Equity as a strategic investor in T&W Korea, a premium wedding and catering specialist. Through this, the company has secured a foundation for operating premium wedding halls in key commercial districts of Seoul, including Grand Hill Convention (Gangnam), Bottega Maggio (Seongsu), and Wedding City (Sindorim).

Woongjin Freed Life plans to diversify its service portfolio and establish a sustainable future business model through its premium wedding business. The company also aims to introduce a new type of premium wedding hall brand and nurture the wedding business as a long-term brand asset.
