Dawonsys to Raise 41.1 Billion Won Through Capital Increase Allotted to Engineering Mutual Aid Association

Dawonsys announced on the 21st that it has decided to raise approximately 41.08 billion won in operating funds through a third-party allotment capital increase.

A total of 19,081,718 new common shares will be issued at 2,153 won per share. The third-party allotment recipient is the Engineering Mutual Aid Association.
