Kyungdong Navien Opens Three New 'Navien House' Experiential Stores

Three New Stores Open in Dongdaemun, Seoul and Buk-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju

Kyungdong Navien announced on January 21 that it is expanding its offline living environment solution platform by newly opening three Navien House experiential stores in Seoul and Gwangju Metropolitan City.

Navien House is a store where customers can directly experience a wide range of living environment solutions, including Kyungdong Navien's boilers, dehumidifying ventilation air purifiers, kitchen appliances, and sleep mats, as well as wall pads, smart home systems, door locks, and fire doors from its parent company, Kyungdongwon. Customers can experience not only the installation status and operation process of the products in spaces similar to residential environments, but also their effectiveness. Professional consultants provide personalized product recommendations, as well as installation, maintenance, and subscription consultations.

Kyungdong Navien introduced Navien House to strengthen consumer touchpoints and deliver the value of a "comfortable living environment" where various products are interconnected as a system and can be experienced together. Starting with Namyangju and Uijeongbu in December 2023, the company has expanded to seven stores, including Jeju, Jinju, Seoul, and Gwangju, and plans to further expand into various regions.

The Navien House Dongdaemun Branch in Seoul boasts excellent accessibility for customers in the metropolitan area and actively connects the offline experience for those who have obtained information online. The Navien House Buk-Gwangju Branch, located in a residential complex in Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, is a store that has strengthened the experience of Navien Magic kitchen appliances. A wide range of kitchen appliances, such as induction cooktops and hoods, are on display for comparative experience, and the presence of nearby interior design companies makes it convenient for joint visits. The Navien House Gwangju System Branch in Seo-gu, Gwangju, specializes in smart home system experiences.
