On January 21, Mocoplex announced the launch of "Our Store Smart Review," an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered automated store review generation service.

Mocoplex introduced "Our Store Smart Review" to alleviate the burden on customers of writing reviews and to support store owners in their own viral marketing activities. The service automatically generates store usage reviews using AI.

Before final publication, users go through a review process to check whether the preset conditions have been properly reflected and to correct any false information.

Mocoplex plans to provide store owners interested in adopting Our Store Smart Review with a free QR code version, and will also run promotions to encourage customers to upload reviews across various channels such as Naver Place and blogs.
