Samsung C&T Corporation will begin selling units in "Raemian Ellabine" next month. This will be the first Raemian apartment complex introduced in Gangseo-gu, Seoul.

Raemian Ellabine is being supplied through the Banghwa District 6 housing reconstruction and maintenance project. Located at 608-97 Banghwa-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, the complex will consist of 10 buildings, each ranging from three basement levels to a maximum of 16 floors above ground, with a total of 557 units.


Of these, 276 units sized between 44 and 115 square meters are available for general sale. The number of units available by exclusive area is as follows: 12 units at 44㎡, 15 units at 59㎡, 39 units at 76㎡, 181 units at 84㎡, and 29 units at 115㎡.


The complex is about a five-minute walk from Sinbanghwa Station on Subway Line 9. It is also within walking distance of Gonghang Market Station on Line 9 and Songjeong Station on Line 5, making it a triple-station area. Using these two lines, residents can reach Yeouido Station in the 20-minute range and Sinnonhyeon Station in the 30-minute range, providing convenient access to Seoul's major business districts. Major arterial roads such as Olympic-daero, Gayang Bridge, and Gangbyeonbuk-ro are easily accessible, making car travel convenient as well.


The complex is adjacent to the Magok District, offering excellent proximity between home and workplace. The Magok District houses research facilities for more than 200 large and small companies, including LG Science Park, Lotte, Kolon, Nexen, and S-Oil. The project site serves as a residential area supporting the Magok District, ensuring stable housing demand.


Within a 1-kilometer radius of the complex are elementary and middle schools such as Songjeong Elementary, Gonghang Middle, Magok Middle, and Banghwa Middle, as well as high schools like Gonghang High and Seoul Baekyeong High. All elementary, middle, and high schools are within walking distance. In addition, there is a cluster of private academies near Sinbanghwa and Balsan stations, providing an excellent after-school learning environment.


Residents will have easy access to large retail facilities such as Traders Wholesale Club Magok Branch and Lotte Mall (including Lotte Department Store, Lotte Cinema, and Lotte Mart). Cultural and convenience facilities such as Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital, LG Art Center, and Space K Art Museum are also nearby. The complex is close to Magoknaru Neighborhood Park and Magok Park, as well as the Seoul Botanic Park, which is twice the size of Yeouido Park.


The Banghwa-dong area, where the complex is located, is undergoing redevelopment in Districts 2, 3, 5, and 6. Once the projects are completed, starting with Raemian Ellabine in District 6, a total of approximately 4,400 units will be supplied across the four districts, and the area is expected to grow into a new residential hub surpassing the Magok District.


Raemian Ellabine will primarily be oriented to the south, and some unit types will feature a four-bay flat layout to maximize sunlight and ventilation. The complex will also include a variety of community facilities such as a golf practice range, library, and sauna, as well as a large-scale duplex sky community, further enhancing the symbolic and premium value of the development.


A representative from Samsung C&T Corporation stated, "Raemian Ellabine is the first complex to be offered among the four zones of the Banghwa New Town redevelopment project, and we expect significant pent-up demand. Residents will benefit from the infrastructure of Banghwa-dong as well as the Magok District lifestyle zone, making for excellent residential conditions. Once the reconstruction is complete, we anticipate that the area's value will rise, redrawing the map of prestigious residential neighborhoods in western Seoul."


Samsung C&T Corporation will hold sales information sessions for interested customers starting on January 22. The sessions will take place at One Grove near Magok Station, at 7 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends. Applications to attend the sales information sessions can be submitted through the Raemian website.
