Chuncheon Public Health Center Signs Business Agreement with Chuncheon Physical Fitness Certification Center

Promoting Health Activities and Improving Physical Fitness for Chuncheon Citizens
Publicity and Business Cooperation to Enhance Trust and Friendship Between the Two Organizations

Chuncheon Public Health Center in Gangwon Province (Director Son Eunjin) and the Chuncheon Physical Fitness Certification Center (Director Kwon Kisung) signed a business agreement on the 20th at the Baekryeong Sports Center of Kangwon National University to promote health activities, improve the physical fitness levels of Chuncheon citizens, and strengthen mutual exchange and cooperation.

Chuncheon Public Health Center (Director Son Eun-jin) and Chuncheon Physical Fitness Certification Center (Director Kwon Ki-sung) signed a business agreement on the 20th at Gangwon National University Baekryeong Sports Center to promote health activities and improve physical fitness levels of Chuncheon citizens, as well as to strengthen mutual exchange and cooperation. Through this agreement, the Chuncheon Physical Fitness Certification Center plans to conduct pre- and post-program fitness assessments for participants in exercise programs operated by the Chuncheon Healthy Living Support Center. Based on the analysis results, the two organizations will verify the effectiveness of the exercise programs and share areas for improvement in program operations, making joint efforts to ensure that citizens can continue to improve their physical fitness and maintain healthy lifestyles.

With this agreement as a starting point, the Chuncheon Healthy Living Support Center and the National Fitness 100 Chuncheon Physical Fitness Certification Center plan to continuously expand various health promotion programs and related initiatives in the future.

Son Eunjin, Director of Chuncheon Public Health Center, said, "Through this agreement ceremony, we hope to design and implement essential projects for citizens based on mutual trust and cooperation, and that this will serve as an opportunity to create a healthy city where every Chuncheon citizen can enjoy a healthy life."

Meanwhile, the Chuncheon Healthy Living Support Center, located in Ududong, has been operating since 2022 and is taking the lead in providing a variety of health promotion projects-such as exercise, nutrition, rehabilitation, and chronic disease management-as well as frailty prevention programs to build an age-friendly city for residents and citizens in the northern region.
