On January 20, HD Hyundai Heavy Industries announced that it had won an order from a shipping company based in Oceania to build two 157,000 DWT crude oil tankers and two 115,000 DWT product/chemical carriers.
The contract amount is 481.6 billion won, which is equivalent to 3.32% of the company's recent sales. The contract period runs until June 30, 2029.
