Recruiting 70 Recipients
Applications Open Until February 13
Eunpyeong District in Seoul (District Mayor Kim Mikyung) will provide monthly rent support to help stabilize housing for local young people. The district is recruiting 70 recipients for the “2026 Eunpyeong Youth Monthly Rent Support Program.” Selected applicants can receive up to 100,000 won per month for a maximum of 12 months, totaling 1.2 million won in rental assistance.
Eligible applicants are single-person youth households aged 19 to 39 who have their resident registration in Eunpyeong District and actually reside there without owning a home. Additional requirements include a household income at or below 150% of the median income (3.84 million won per month for a single-person household), a rental deposit of 80 million won or less, and a monthly rent of 600,000 won or less.
Applications can be submitted online through the Eunpyeong District Office website until February 13. Applicants must submit the required documents, such as a resident registration certificate and a lease contract. After a review process, the final recipients will be announced in March.
Once selected, recipients must pay their monthly rent and submit receipts, after which the support funds will be deposited into their personal bank accounts. For inquiries, contact the Youth Future Team of the Youth Hope Division at the district office (02-351-6885).
Kim Mikyung, Mayor of Eunpyeong District, stated, “We will spare no practical support so that young people can settle down in our district and pursue their dreams with stability.”
