Monthly Subscription Fee of 11,900 Won Now Available for About 9,900 Won
The reading platform KT Millie's Library has partnered with Shinhan Card to offer discounts on the "Nara Sarang Card," targeting the B2G (business-to-government) market.
This partnership was launched to create a digital welfare environment that allows military personnel to continue self-development through reading during their service. The Nara Sarang Card, issued to approximately 200,000 new conscripts each year, remains a payment method even after discharge, making it significant as a long-term customer touchpoint.
Holders of the Shinhan Nara Sarang Card can subscribe to Millie's Library at a discounted monthly fee of 9,900 won, about 17% off the regular price of 11,900 won. Through this benefit, military personnel can access a collection of 220,000 titles without restrictions of time or place, which is expected to further promote a reading culture within the military.
Millie's Library plans to use this partnership as an opportunity to expand its digital reading infrastructure into public sectors such as national defense, education, and welfare. Based on a decade of accumulated service operation experience, the company aims to provide customized digital reading solutions optimized for each institution and gradually expand its B2G business.
Meanwhile, in August of last year, Millie's Library joined the S2B (School Marketplace) platform to supply digital reading services to elementary, middle, and high schools, continuing its expansion of B2G business centered on the public sector.
