On January 19, Daewoo Engineering & Construction announced that it was selected as the contractor at the general meeting of the Sajik District 4 Redevelopment and Maintenance Association held on January 17. The project involves constructing 11 apartment buildings, each with 4 basement floors and 39 above-ground floors, totaling 1,730 residential units and neighborhood living facilities at 140-10 Sajik-dong, Dongnae-gu, Busan. The contract amount is approximately 792.3 billion won.
