The first project to be offered this year is 'Wangsuk 2 District Athera' in Block A-1 of Wangsuk 2 District, Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, scheduled for release in March. As the first complex to be launched in Wangsuk 2 District, it will consist of 812 units in buildings ranging from two basement levels to 29 above-ground floors. New elementary and middle schools, as well as a kindergarten, are planned to be established near the complex.

In April, the company will supply 'Anseong Dangwang District 2nd Athera' in the Dangwang-dong area of Anseong, Gyeonggi Province. This complex will comprise 530 units in five buildings, with one basement level and 29 above-ground floors. In the same month, additional projects are scheduled in Pyeongtaek Godeok International New City and Gumi, North Gyeongsang Province. In Block A63 of Godeok-dong, Pyeongtaek, a complex with 630 units in six buildings (one basement level to 27 above-ground floors) will be developed. In the Hyeonggok-dong area of Gumi, a total of 770 units of Athera will be constructed through the reconstruction of Hyeonggok 3 Jugong Apartments.

Kumho Engineering & Construction has recently been expanding its housing orders in the Seoul metropolitan area, focusing on small-scale redevelopment and public housing projects. In June last year, the company was selected as the preferred bidder for the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) 'Yeonsinnae Station Urban Public Housing Complex Project,' which has a project cost of 224.4 billion won. In the same month, it also won the contract for the 'Dongsam Park Villa Small-Scale Redevelopment Project' in the Hang-dong area of Guro District, Seoul.

A Kumho Engineering & Construction representative stated, "Athera is building brand trust by focusing on product features tailored to consumer demand," adding, "This year, we will strengthen our market presence by ensuring stable supply and order intake, particularly in key locations in the Seoul metropolitan area."
