Paris Baguette's 'Paran Label' Surpasses 20.26 Million Units Sold in Just 11 Months Since Launch

Paris Baguette announced on the 19th that its healthy bakery brand 'Paran Label (PARAN LABEL)' surpassed a cumulative sales volume of 20.26 million units just 11 months after its launch.


Paran Label is a healthy bread brand introduced by Paris Baguette in February last year. It features a proprietary 'whole grain fermented starter' developed in-house, which helps maintain a soft texture for an extended period. Since its launch, it has received a positive response from consumers, recording a growth rate five times faster than existing healthy bread products.

The secret behind Paran Label's popularity lies in its ability to satisfy both health and taste. By utilizing Paris Baguette's next-generation fermentation technology and unique ingredients, the brand improved the coarse texture typical of conventional healthy breads. It also incorporated the latest health trends such as low sugar, high protein, and whole grains, while delivering rich flavor. As a result, Paran Label broke the stereotype that "healthy bread doesn't taste good," led the popularization of healthy bread, and established itself as a leading brand in the category.


Consumer response has been reflected in sales. The best-selling product in the Paran Label lineup is the 'Cranberry Rye Campagne,' which features nutty whole grain rye bread enhanced with tangy cranberries, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, and other ingredients to highlight the natural flavors. Other top sellers include the 'Multigrain Rye Bread,' packed with whole grains and nuts such as whole wheat, rye, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts, and the 'Chewy Rustic,' which is baked in a traditional stone oven after a long, low-temperature fermentation to achieve a savory and chewy texture.


Paris Baguette has expanded the Paran Label product range to include cakes, gifts, and beverages. The 'Low Sugar Greek Yogurt Cake' contains less than 5g of sugar per 100g, aligning with the low-sugar trend while still delivering the sweet taste of cake, and it contains over 5 billion CFU of live probiotics. The 'Premium High-Protein Black Soybean Castella' contains 11g of protein, using wood vinegar eggs, patented fermentation technology, and matured rice koji to provide a deep flavor and gentle sweetness, making it a premium gift item. The 'Low Sugar Yogurt Shake' contains just 2.4g of sugar per 100g and over 300 million CFU of live probiotics per serving, establishing itself as a popular beverage.
