[Today’s New Product] "Just Pour and Boil" ? Sempio Launches 'Jangjorim Soy Sauce'

Domestic Ingredients Like Kelp, Vegetables, and Fruits in Sempio Soy Sauce
Simply Pour Over Eggs or Beef and Boil to Finish

On January 19, Sempio announced the launch of its new "Jangjorim Soy Sauce," which can be poured directly over your desired ingredients and simply boiled to make jangjorim.

Jangjorim is a dish that requires careful balancing of salty and sweet flavors, and it is labor-intensive, from preparing the ingredients to making the broth. Even when vegetables and spices are added to create a broth, it is challenging to eliminate the undesirable odors that can arise during the cooking of meat or eggs, and to achieve a deep, savory taste.

[Today’s New Product] "Just Pour and Boil" ? Sempio Launches 'Jangjorim Soy Sauce' Provided by Sempio.

"Sempio Jangjorim Soy Sauce" is a product that allows you to make delicious jangjorim using only this soy sauce, without the need for additional seasoning or making broth separately. Based on Sempio's brewed soy sauce, it is infused with six locally sourced ingredients including kelp, apple, pear, green onion, and onion, delivering a rich, homemade broth flavor. Garlic, ginger, and bay leaf are also added to minimize any unwanted odors from the main ingredients.

The usage is also simple. Just pour "Sempio Jangjorim Soy Sauce" over boiled eggs or peeled quail eggs and boil for only 10 minutes. For beef or pork, remove the blood, pour the soy sauce, and boil to create jangjorim with flavor evenly absorbed throughout the meat. It also pairs well with potatoes, mushrooms, radish, tofu, and other ingredients, making it suitable for a variety of braised dishes.

In particular, Sempio has enhanced user convenience by adopting a pouch-type package.
