LG Electronics' next-generation home robot, "LG CLOi," and the all-in-one washer-dryer "LG Signature WashCombo" were recognized as the most notable products at "CES 2026," the world's largest home appliance and IT exhibition.
The U.S.-based IT media outlet CNET named the "LG Signature WashCombo" as the top pick among the five most attention-grabbing products at the recently concluded CES 2026.
CNET praised the product, stating, "By completing the entire washing and drying process within 90 minutes, it has overcome the limitations of conventional hybrid models," and added, "It represents a groundbreaking advancement not only in reducing time but also in maximizing space efficiency."
In particular, CNET highlighted that, in the U.S. market where gas dryers are common and vent installations are essential, the heat pump drying function-which can be installed without additional construction-significantly enhances convenience for households.
The AI-powered home robot "LG CLOi," unveiled for the first time at this year's CES, was also included in the "Top 5" list. CLOi is a home-specialized agent that detects and analyzes its surroundings autonomously to assist with household chores.
CNET commented on CLOi's laundry folding service, noting that it "instantly captivated visitors," and analyzed, "For a long time, the idea of a robot folding clothes seemed like an impossible dream, but LG CLOi has presented a new blueprint for the future home."
