Samsung Electronics' robot vacuum cleaner, the 'Bespoke Steam,' has been selected as the 'Best Wet and Dry Robot Vacuum' by the U.S. consumer media outlet Consumer Reports.
According to industry sources on January 18, Consumer Reports named the Samsung Bespoke Steam as the top product in its wet and dry robot vacuum evaluation announced on January 12.
Consumer Reports explained that the Bespoke Steam, an all-in-one product capable of both vacuuming and mopping simultaneously, received excellent ratings for its cleaning performance and ease of maintenance across the board.
In particular, the publication gave the highest score among tested products for its mopping performance, praising it for "thoroughly removing even dried-on stains."
The Bespoke Steam includes a cleaning station equipped with automatic dust disposal, automatic water tank refilling, and mop pad washing and drying functions.
This product also ranked first with an overall score of 72 points in the wet and dry robot vacuum category in Consumer Reports' evaluation released last year.
Additionally, Tom's Guide, a consumer IT media outlet, selected Samsung Electronics' 2026 model 'Bespoke AI Steam' as one of the most innovative robot vacuum cleaners at CES 2026, the largest home appliance and IT exhibition held earlier this year.
The Bespoke AI Steam is equipped with Qualcomm's AI chip and can recognize not only people, pets, and objects such as wires, but even transparent liquids, allowing it to clean or avoid obstacles according to user settings.
The industry expects that the new Bespoke AI Steam will be released in the market in the first half of this year.
