Samsung Electronics Names Top Customer Service Experts as 2026 CS Masters

On January 18, Samsung Electronics Service announced that it has selected 18 engineers with outstanding technical expertise and customer service, who have achieved the highest levels of customer satisfaction, as the '2026 CS (Customer Satisfaction) Masters.'

The 'CS Master' is the highest honor in the service field, awarded only to engineers who pass assessments for repair accuracy and speed, and whose customer satisfaction survey results rank in the top 0.3%.

Since the program was introduced in 2019, only 93 out of approximately 5,300 engineers (1.7%) have been named Masters over the past seven years, with just 27 (0.5%) being selected more than once, underscoring the program's strict selection criteria and intense competition.

This year’s 18 honorees include 8 in the mobile phone category, 9 in home appliances, and 1 in B2B services. Notably, the customer satisfaction scores for this year’s Masters reached the highest levels ever recorded.

Among the major awardees, Choi Sujeong, a professional in the mobile phone category, achieved the rare feat of being named a Master for two consecutive years-last year at the Gwangju Gwangsan Center and this year at the Seoul Samsung Gangnam Center. This marks the first time in six years that a mobile phone service Master has been selected from the Seoul area.

Jung Seungcheol, who specializes in B2B services, earned attention by achieving a perfect customer satisfaction score of 100 in more than 130 customer interactions without exception. In addition, Kim Daehee (Gumi Center), Song Younghoon, and Ahn Jinbeom (Ansan Center) were recognized for their technical skills and service mindset by being named Masters just two years after joining the company.

Kim Youngho, CEO and Executive Vice President of Samsung Electronics Service, stated, "I would like to thank all employees for putting the highest priority on customers in their daily work," adding, "We will continue to do our best to provide differentiated service experiences to users of Samsung Electronics products."
