The morning low will range from minus 7 to 6 degrees Celsius, while the daytime high will be between 2 and 14 degrees Celsius.

Until dawn, some areas-including inland northern Gyeonggi, the southern coastal areas of Incheon and Gyeonggi, and the Chungcheongnam-do region-may experience light snow flurries or scattered raindrops.

Dense fog with visibility less than 1 kilometer is expected in the Seoul metropolitan area, inland and mountainous regions of Gangwon, the Chungcheong region, the Jeolla region, northern inland Gyeongsangbuk-do, and inland Gyeongsangnam-do.

Fine dust concentrations will be at 'bad' levels in Daejeon, Sejong, Chungcheongbuk-do, the Jeolla region, Busan, Daegu, Gyeongsangnam-do, and Jeju, while other regions will remain at 'moderate' levels. However, due to the influence of clean northwesterly winds from the morning, concentrations in the mid-western region will decrease, and by night, all regions are expected to return to 'good' to 'moderate' levels.

Wave heights will range from 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East and West Sea coastal waters, and from 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.

In the outer seas (about 200 kilometers from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East and West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea.
