to Inspire Youth and Nurture Their Dreams
The "Dronebot Talent Education Center Winter Vacation Special Lecture," conducted for elementary and middle school students in the district at the Yangju Dronebot Talent Education Center in Yangju, Gyeonggi Province, concluded on January 15, 2026, amidst enthusiastic participation from the students.

This special lecture was organized to provide local youth on winter break with an easy and enjoyable opportunity to experience drones and robots, which are core technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and to foster creative and convergent talent.
The program was divided into three sections-drone experience, robot experience, and drone sports-taking into account the students’ perspectives and interests. Moving beyond theory-based learning, participants had hands-on opportunities to precisely control drones and experience the operating principles of robots, allowing them to directly engage with future technologies.
In particular, the "drone sports" section, where students formed teams and competed with drones, was the most popular on site, stimulating both the participants’ competitive spirit and their sense of teamwork.
One student who participated in the special lecture shared, "It was really exciting to actually fly a drone and compete with my friends, something I had only seen in videos before. I was happy to have such a fun class during the winter break."
In addition to this special lecture for elementary and middle school students, the Yangju Dronebot Talent Education Center is running a variety of educational programs throughout the winter break from January to February. Specialized courses are also available for adults interested in Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies, including beginners in drone operation, thereby expanding lifelong learning opportunities for citizens.

An official from Yangju City stated, "We hope this special lecture helped students overcome their apprehension about future technologies and served as an opportunity to nurture their dreams. We will continue to discover and operate differentiated drone and robot education programs unique to Yangju that can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of age or gender."
