Jin Air announced on January 15 that it will be recruiting new cabin crew members in the first half of the year.
The recruitment will take place in both Seoul and Busan. The separate recruitment drive for new hires in the Busan region has been established to prepare for the launch of the integrated low-cost carrier (LCC) scheduled for early 2027, aiming to provide stable service on Busan-based routes and to enhance competitiveness. The number of recruits will be in the double digits for each region.
Applicants must have already graduated or be scheduled to graduate by August of this year in both Seoul and Busan. They must have no restrictions on overseas travel and must have corrected vision of at least 1.0. Submission of an official language proficiency score is required, and those proficient in Japanese or Chinese will be given preference. Applications must be submitted through the Jin Air recruitment website, with the deadline set for the 22nd.
The selection process will consist of a document screening, video screening, first and second interviews, and a medical examination. Throughout the process, candidates will be comprehensively evaluated on their abilities required for in-flight safety and service work. Final successful candidates will join the company in April, complete approximately nine weeks of training, and then be assigned to their duties.
Jin Air stated, "Cabin crew members are key personnel responsible for in-flight safety and service, and we look forward to receiving applications from outstanding aviation talent with the highest sense of safety and teamwork. By securing talent in the Busan region, we will continue to strengthen the operational stability and customer service capabilities of our Busan base."
