KB Life CEO Jung Moonchul: "Transforming Work Culture with AI in the Spirit of Never Stopping"

2026 First Half Management Strategy Meeting Held

KB Life announced on the 16th that it held the "2026 First Half Management Strategy Meeting," attended by over 80 executives and department heads from KB Life, KB Life Partners, and KB Golden Life Care, including CEO and President Jung Moonchul.


At this management strategy meeting, KB Life officially unveiled its 2026 strategic slogan, "Next is Now." This slogan concretizes the group's strategic directions of "Transition" and "Expansion" from an execution perspective. It reflects the company's determination to move forward boldly and swiftly, starting at this very moment, rather than making a mere declaration. KB Life employees plan to pursue meaningful transition and substantial expansion with a focus on customers and the field.

Along with the announcement of the 2026 strategic slogan, KB Life shared the visions and top three key tasks of its 16 divisions and two subsidiaries. This initiative aims to strengthen a company-wide collaborative system based on collective intelligence and to enhance proactive execution capabilities to achieve this year's goals.


During the "Transition Session," Kim Jihyun, Vice President of SK Management & Economics Research Institute, was invited to give a lecture on "AI Utilization Tips for Insurance Industry Leaders." In the "Expansion Session," Hwang Seongchan, Life Partner at KB Life Partners, delivered a lecture on "Customer-Centric Mindset in the Field." Through these sessions, KB Life shared its vision for digital capabilities based on AX (AI Transition) and directions for customer-centric process innovation.


President Jung stated, "This year, the group's strategic direction of transition means saying goodbye to the familiar, while expansion means embracing the unfamiliar. In 2026, with the spirit of 'mabutjeongje'-never letting the horse stop galloping-we will transform our work culture based on AI and expand into new markets and customers, aiming to become the most trusted lifelong happiness partner for our customers."
