On January 15, Chun Haram, a member of the Reform New Party, began an unlimited debate (filibuster) during the plenary session of the National Assembly, after a bill was introduced regarding the appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate the facts surrounding insurrection, treason, and abuse of state affairs by Yoon Suk-yeol and Kim Keon-hee.
