Daeryuk Aju Law Firm (Managing Partner Lee Kyuchul) is launching an accounting firm.

On January 15, Daeryuk Aju Law Firm announced that Daeryuk Aju Accounting Firm (Chief Accountant Lee Youngsik) has completed its incorporation process and will officially launch on January 20.

Daeryuk Aju Accounting Firm plans to provide services to client companies, including accounting audits and advisory, financial advisory, and corporate valuation.

The inaugural chief accountant will be Lee Youngsik. Accountants Lee Dongwoo and An Jinwook will join as founding partners and actively participate in the firm’s operations.

After passing the Certified Public Accountant exam in 2010, Chief Accountant Lee began his career at the Deal Division of Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers, and accumulated 15 years of practical experience in M&A, corporate valuation, business feasibility studies, and accounting audits at Sejong Accounting Firm, Cham Accounting Firm, and Hyundai Accounting Firm.

Daeryuk Aju Accounting Firm will maintain a strong collaborative relationship with Daeryuk Aju Law Firm, providing accounting, tax, and financial advisory services that complement legal services. Accordingly, Attorney Lee Dongwoo from the law firm will also serve as Deputy Chief of the accounting firm, actively coordinating collaboration between the law firm and the accounting firm.

Attorney Lee passed the Certified Public Accountant exam in 2008 and worked at Deloitte Anjin Accounting Firm before passing the fifth bar exam in 2016 and joining Daeryuk Aju Law Firm, where he mainly works in M&A, financial regulation (including accounting fraud), and corporate advisory.

Accountant An Jinwook began his career in the audit division of Anjin Accounting Firm in 2008, and has handled various practical roles over 17 years at Samduk Accounting Firm and the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation.
