Mutual Cooperation for Fostering Biohealth Talent and Industrial Development
The RISE Project Group at Dong-Eui University (Director Im Geon Lee) signed an agreement with the Pan-Government Integrated Healthcare Association (President Ki Jun Shim) on January 14 at the BH-Innovation Sharing Lounge in the university dormitory to foster professionals in the biohealth sector and promote industrial development.
The signing ceremony was attended by Im Geon Lee, Director of the RISE Project Group at Dong-Eui University, Professors Yong Lim and Kyungye Hyeon from the Department of Clinical Laboratory Science, and Jinho Heo, Head of the Pan-Government Integrated Healthcare Association.
The two organizations plan to collaborate in the following areas: ▲ nurturing clinical experts in in vitro diagnostic medical devices and other medical devices ▲ cooperation in technology exchange and commercialization efforts ▲ planning and operating joint academic events ▲ sharing research and educational equipment and facilities.
Im Geon Lee, Director of the RISE Project Group at Dong-Eui University, emphasized, "With the advancement of artificial intelligence and big data technologies, the scope of the healthcare industry is rapidly expanding. Through this agreement, I hope that students majoring in medical fields will have more opportunities to advance into a wider range of emerging industries."
