Notification Sent One Day Before Certificate Pickup, Including Health Checkup Certificates
Enhancing Resident Convenience and Administrative Efficiency
Cheongdo County in North Gyeongsang Province (Governor Kim Hasu) has launched smart communication administration initiatives to enhance administrative convenience for its residents.
The Cheongdo County Public Health Center announced that, starting from January 13, it has officially implemented the “Certificate Issuance Notification Text Message Service” for visitors using the health center.
This service sends a notification text message to residents who have applied for various certificates, such as health checkup certificates (formerly known as health certificates) and employment physical examination certificates, one day before the scheduled pick-up date.
Previously, residents had to remember the pick-up date themselves or call the health center to confirm, which was inconvenient. With the introduction of this new service, the following benefits are expected.
To maximize user convenience, no separate application procedure is required for this service. It is automatically provided to all residents who apply for certificates at the health center. Residents can simply visit the health center on the date and by the method indicated in the notification text to immediately receive their documents.
Nam Junggu, Director of the Public Health Center, stated, “This notification text message service is part of our efforts to address even the smallest inconveniences experienced by residents,” adding, “We will continue to develop on-site public health administration services that residents can truly feel in their daily lives.”
