Direct Express Bus No. 8303 Connecting Segyo 1 and 2 Districts in Osan and Yatap Station to Begin Operation on February 2

Improved Metropolitan Transit Network Around Sema Station

On January 14, the city of Osan in Gyeonggi Province announced that the new express commuter bus route No. 8303, connecting Segyo 1 and 2 Districts with Yatap Station in Seongnam, will begin operation on February 2.

Two buses will be deployed on this newly established route, operating eight times a day. Starting from Hanshin The Hue in Segyo 2 District, the bus will stop at Osan Elementary School, Segyo 2 District 7th Complex, Hoban Summit La Foret, Segyo Dolmen Park, the entrance to Jungmi Village, Sema Middle and High School, and Sema Station, before sequentially stopping at Pangyo Station and Yatap Station in Seongnam.

The city expects that with the launch of this new bus service, residents of Segyo 1 and 2 Districts will experience reduced commuting burdens due to fewer transfers and shorter travel times.

Previously, in July of last year, Osan City also doubled the number of daily operations for the metropolitan bus route No. 8301 to Yatap in Seongnam from four to eight, continuously expanding the metropolitan transportation network toward Seongnam.

A city official stated, "With the operation of this new route, the commuting environment for citizens traveling between Osan and Seongnam will be significantly improved. We will continue to expand public transportation routes to meet the needs of our citizens."
