[Breaking] Fire Breaks Out at Factory in Seongju-dong, Changwon ... Firefighting Underway

At approximately 10:14 a.m. on January 14, a fire broke out at a factory located in the Changwon National Industrial Complex near Seongju-dong, Seongsan-gu, Changwon City, Gyeongsangnam-do.

The Changwon Fire Department has deployed 19 firefighting vehicles and around 70 personnel to extinguish the fire.

The Changwon city government sent out a safety alert message, urging, "Due to a factory fire near Seongju-dong today, a large amount of smoke is being generated. Please exercise caution when passing through the area."
