In connection with the "2025 Visit Gwangju Year," Park played a key role in attracting the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s Museum and Art Gallery Expo to Gwangju and contributed to the successful hosting of the event. He was also recognized for establishing a collaborative network linking local museums and art galleries, thereby strengthening connections among cultural institutions.

Additionally, he established the "Asia Community Intangible Heritage Platform" utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and cultural technology, creating a system for cultural heritage preservation. Through this process, he provided cultural heritage archiving data to local cultural institutions and businesses, presenting a utilization model that expands into exhibition, video, and game content production.

He was also credited for planning the "Buncheong Ceramics Creative Studio" to preserve and promote the Gwangju Chunghyo-dong Kiln Site, a nationally designated cultural heritage site, and for expanding the use of historical and cultural resources by linking it with the National Asia Culture Center and the National Gwangju Museum.

Park stated, "I have worked to bring local museums and art galleries closer to citizens and to create new value by integrating cultural heritage with advanced technology," adding, "I will continue to strive so that Gwangju’s cultural heritage can become an opportunity for all citizens."
