Reflecting Sales Data and Customer Reviews:
Carefully Selected "Top 10 Honeymoon Resorts"
Compare Bali, Hawaii, Maldives, and More at a Glance
Modetour announced on January 14 that it has launched a curated event called "Honeymoon Selection," tailored for soon-to-be-married couples planning their weddings in 2026.
This Honeymoon Selection stands out by segmenting products according to budget, travel style, and lifestyle, based on actual sales data and customer reviews. Reflecting the increasingly diverse preferences of newlyweds, the categories have been expanded to include not only resort, activity, and city types, but also a "Babymoon" option for expectant couples, thereby broadening the range of choices.
To start, the company has carefully selected the "Top 10 Honeymoon Resorts by Region" based on high booking rates and customer satisfaction. Information on leading resorts such as The Mulia and Jumeirah Bali in Bali, Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort in Hawaii, and Barcelo Whale Lagoon in the Maldives can be easily compared at a glance.
To address one of the biggest concerns in wedding planning-cost-Modetour is also offering a "Budget-Based Custom Guide." This guide presents highly rated options across different budget ranges, from cost-effective packages under 2 million won to premium options over 4 million won. By clearly outlining selection criteria according to budget, the company aims to ease the decision-making process for honeymoon planning.
In line with evolving travel trends, themed categories have also been further segmented. The options include the "Luxury Resort Type," where couples can relax in ocean-view pool villas and all-inclusive resorts; the "Resort + Activity Type," which combines spa, yoga, and water sports; and the "Romantic City Type," centered around gourmet experiences and night views. In particular, a separate "Babymoon" theme has been created, focusing on short flights and convenient travel routes, offering personalized services that take into account customers' life stages beyond the honeymoon.
The flagship product, "Bali Mulia 7 Days," is designed to maximize honeymoon satisfaction by offering a combination stay at the Mulia Resort, Bali's premier luxury brand, allowing guests to experience both hotel rooms and pool villas. The package includes direct round-trip flights from Incheon to Bali with Korean Air, and all itineraries are operated as private tours for two. The schedule includes two full days of free time, as well as optional tours in the east, south, and north of Bali, marine sports, three 2-hour spa sessions, a night tour, and an optional dinner featuring Jimbaran seafood, all as part of the honeymoon-exclusive benefits.
Customer convenience services have also been enhanced. Clients can schedule phone consultations with expert advisors at their preferred times, and those who submit a review after their trip will receive a Starbucks gifticon as part of a promotional event.
A Modetour representative stated, "The Honeymoon Selection is a curated event featuring the most popular packages among newlyweds, based on actual sales data and customer feedback," adding, "Starting with honeymoons, we plan to continuously introduce travel products tailored to the evolving life stages of our customers."
