Siheung City Youth Foundation Receives "Excellent" Rating in Youth Training Facility Evaluation

The Siheung City Youth Foundation in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 14th that it received an "Excellent" rating in the "2025 Comprehensive Evaluation and Safety Inspection of Youth Training Facilities" conducted by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.

This evaluation is conducted every two years by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family under the Youth Activity Promotion Act, with the aim of creating a safe environment for youth training activities.

The evaluation was carried out comprehensively across several areas, including youth usage and participation, youth activity programs, external cooperation and publicity, facility safety and hygiene, operational management, and personnel organization.

In this evaluation, the foundation received an average score of 96 points, which is 4 points higher than the 92 points it received in the 2023 evaluation. In particular, the foundation was highly rated for its efforts in operating safe facilities and providing a variety of specialized activity programs through comprehensive safety and hygiene inspections. The annual number of youth users increased from 800,000 in 2023 to 950,000 in 2024.
