Prestige Lounge (East) at Incheon International Airport Reopens After Renovation
New 'Ramyun Library' Featuring Packet Noodles Introduced
Ottogi Supplies 14 Varieties of Its Signature Ramyun
Ottogi announced on January 14 that it will supply its flagship ramyun products to the newly created 'Ramyun Library' inside the left-side Korean Air Prestige Lounge (East) at Incheon International Airport Terminal 2 (T2), in line with the lounge's renewal opening.
The Ramyun Library is a newly introduced space as part of the Korean Air Prestige Lounge renewal. Unlike the previous service, which mainly offered cup noodles, the Ramyun Library features an experiential service where guests can enjoy freshly cooked packet noodles. Korean Air created this new space to enhance its food and beverage (F&B) offerings in the airport lounge, reflecting the global popularity of K-food and ramyun.
The 'Ramyun Library' is located on the 4th floor, opposite Gate 253, inside the left-side Korean Air Prestige Lounge (East) at Incheon Airport Terminal 2.
Ottogi will supply 14 varieties of its flagship ramyun, including Jin Ramyun, to this space. Guests can select their preferred ramyun from a diverse menu and cook it themselves using the instant cooking equipment provided in the lounge.
By participating in the Ramyun Library for the lounge's reopening, Ottogi plans to introduce its ramyun as K-food content in a global airport lounge setting. The strategy is to expand the premium customer experience by offering a simple yet familiar menu tailored to the unique needs of travelers waiting for departure.
An Ottogi representative stated, "The Korean Air Prestige Lounge is a symbolic space used by customers of various nationalities," adding, "Through the Ramyun Library, we aim to provide a natural experience of the appeal of Korean ramyun and continue to offer services tailored to the airport environment."
