Additional Points in the 2026 Recruitment Screening for Attendees

The Career Development Center at Hallym University (President Choi Yanghee) will host an on-site recruitment information session by Hancom, a leading software company in Korea, at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. The event will take place at the Vision Hall on the 4th floor of the Campus Life Center on campus.

This session will be open not only to current students and alumni of Hallym University but also to local young job seekers preparing for employment, reflecting the university's commitment to community engagement through an 'open recruitment' format.

The event aims to provide students with practical recruitment information and direct connections with companies amid a challenging job market. Notably, this session builds upon the relationships established through last year's 'Special Lectures by HR Managers from Major Companies' organized by Hallym University, making it especially significant.

The session will cover Hancom's '2026 Recruitment Process Guide (Conversion Internship/Career)' and include introductions to various roles such as software development, artificial intelligence, sales and marketing, and business support, followed by a Q&A session.

The most notable feature is the benefit for participants. Those who attend the session in person and apply for the 2026 recruitment will receive additional points in the document screening process. The university expects this incentive to boost motivation among job seekers and provide them with tangible support.

Sung Siil, Director of the Career Development Center at Hallym University, said, "It is meaningful that the corporate network we have built since last year is now providing students with real benefits such as additional points in recruitment. We will continue to strengthen partnerships with outstanding companies and expand field-oriented recruitment opportunities going forward."
