Paju City Recruiting Companies for the 1st "Job Seeker-Employer Meeting Day"

Paju City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting companies to participate in the "2026 1st Job Seeker-Employer Meeting Day," a recruitment event that directly connects job seekers and companies, until January 29.

The "Job Seeker-Employer Meeting Day" is a practical hiring event where companies and job seekers in Paju gather in one place for on-site interviews that can lead directly to recruitment. The event aims to provide broad employment opportunities for citizens seeking jobs and to give companies the chance to meet suitable talent.

More than 10 companies are expected to participate in this event. On the day of the event, HR managers and job seekers will meet in person, and the entire process-from document submission to interviews and hiring decisions-will be conducted on-site. This is expected to streamline the recruitment process and enable swift job placements.

According to Paju City, at the same event held last year, 44 companies participated, resulting in 588 interviews and 212 actual hires, demonstrating a high level of satisfaction for both job seekers and employers.

Companies wishing to participate can complete a recruitment application form and submit it in person at the Paju City Job Center, Unjeong Happiness Center, or Munsan Happiness Center, or send it via fax or email. Job seekers can participate without prior registration by bringing their resume and other interview documents to the venue on the day of the event.

Lee Iigoo, Director of the Livelihood Economy Division, said, "I hope this event will serve as a meaningful recruitment platform that provides real benefits for both companies and job seekers," adding, "We look forward to active participation from local companies."
