Proprietary AI Infrastructure for Enterprise Data Security
Investors Include Smilegate Investment, Altos Ventures, and KDB
AiderX, a company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure solutions, announced on January 13 that it has secured a total of 10 billion KRW (approximately 100 billion KRW) in Pre-Series A funding. Investors in this round include Smilegate Investment, Altos Ventures, and Korea Development Bank.
AiderX develops "customer behavior prediction AI infrastructure" that operates within a company's internal data environment. The key feature of AiderX's solution is that it is installed and runs directly within the enterprise system. This solution learns customers' real-time behavioral patterns and predicts their "next actions," such as purchases, churn, and clicks.
This investment was highly regarded because AiderX targeted the growing demand for "data security" and "AI internalization," which have become major topics for companies recently. The company's structure allows each business to operate AI models within its own unique data environment, eliminating concerns about data leaks or excessive costs that can arise from relying on external public models.
Kim Kwangseob, CEO of AiderX, said, "We have already verified the effect of increasing actual sales by introducing customer behavior prediction technology in the advertising sector. Going forward, we will accelerate expansion into all industries where data security is crucial, such as finance and content, and establish a standard as a 'universal AI infrastructure' that directly drives business performance." AiderX plans to actively recruit top talent using the funds secured in this round.
